The Berlin Food Stories Voucher is valid for 3 years from the end of the year of issue and can be redeemed for any partner restaurant at www.bfsvoucher.com.
Can I buy the voucher as a printed voucher card?
Yes, you can select “Gift card by post” as a shipping option in the payment process and you will receive the high quality printed gift card usually within 1-3 business days to the specified address or you can also send this directly to the recipient.
How does the redemption of the voucher work?
To redeem the voucher, enter the voucher code on www.bfsvoucher.com/redeem and then select the desired restaurant. You will then receive your final restaurant voucher to show at the restaurant.
Does the entire value of the voucher have to be redeemed fully?
No, only partial amounts of the Berlin Food Stories Voucher can be redeemed and thus the value of the voucher can be divided among different restaurants.
Do the restaurateurs receive the full voucher amount?
Yes, the restaurateur receives (except for the actual payment costs – approx. 3%, e.g. for PayPal, credit card -) the full voucher amount transferred by BON BON.
