What is the difference between the BFS Voucher and a normal restaurant gift card?

Whereas the BFS voucher is valid for all partners on the platform, a normal restaurant voucher is only valid for the one restaurant from which it was purchased. With the BFS Voucher our entire BFS-curated selection of restaurants is at your fingertips.

How do I check my Voucher credit?

To check the balance on your BFS Voucher, you can simply visit the Redeem Page and enter your unique code. If the code still has credit, this will be displayed for you. You do not have to redeem the Voucher straight away, you can come back another time when you’re ready to dine!

Can I customize my BFS Vouchers?

What is the validity period of my BFS Voucher?

All vouchers sold through us are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which they were purchased.
All vouchers sold through BFS x BonBon are valid for 3 years, starting from the end of the year in which they were purchased. So, you have plenty of time to choose a suitable restaurant or restaurants and redeem the voucher!

What is the BFS Voucher?

The BFS Voucher is a Berlin-centric restaurant voucher whose value can be redeemed at any of the restaurants on bfsvoucher.com in the BFS x BonBon network for dine-in meals.

How do I redeem the BFS Voucher?

In order to redeem the BFS Voucher, you simply visit our redemption page to enter your unique voucher code, amount you’d like to redeem, and select the restaurant’s name from the provided list to checkout.

Note: When entering your unique code, you must pay attention to the exact spelling, the separators are mandatory.

Can I use only a part of my BFS Voucher amount?

Of course! You may divide the value of the BFS Voucher between several restaurants. For example, if you have a 50 € BFS Voucher, you can visit two restaurants and redeem 25 Euros at each on different days!

My BFS Voucher can’t be redeemed or my unique code isn’t working?

There can be numerous reasons for this.

First, check if the code was entered incorrectly, the separators must be entered as well.
Second, there may be no more credit left on the voucher.
Third, it’s possible that the voucher payment has not yet cleared. Please make sure that we have received your payment.

Payment and invoices

Can I request an invoice?

If you need an invoice for your purchase, simply check the appropriate box in the payment process and you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
If you need an invoice for a past order you can leave us a message. Please include your full name and the e-mail address you used when placing your order.

Can you correct my invoice?

If there is a mistake on the invoice or if the invoice should be sent to another person/company, we will be happy to adjust the invoice and send it to you again. Please enter your full name and the e-mail address you used when placing your order.

What are your accepted payment methods?

You can use the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)
  • GiroPay
  • PayPal
Purchase on account

For technical reasons, we can only offer a purchase on account from an order total of 250 €. In this case you can place your order here.

I think my payment failed. What should I do?

If during the payment process you receive the information that the payment failed, your account will not be debited and you will not receive a voucher. In this case, please try again and choose another payment method if necessary.

You’ve debited my account, but I never received my voucher. What happened?

There can be several reasons for this.

  • The voucher could not be delivered by e-mail. If you still haven’t received an e-mail after 30-60 minutes, you should write us a message.
  • The payment was subsequently accepted by your bank, although it was previously indicated as failed. Please write us a message, we will send you the voucher immediately.

In your message to us, please include your full name, the email address you used to order, and an approximate time you ordered.

Can I use my BFS Voucher on Wolt, Lieferando and Co.?

Although many restaurants offer a delivery service through Wolt, Lieferando or other booking services, BFS Vouchers cannot be used on delivery platforms. They are intended for on-site use only.

The restaurant isn’t accepting my BFS Voucher payment. What should I do?

If you are unable to redeem your voucher at the restaurant, please leave us a message using the contact form below. Most of the time it is a lack of communication or misunderstanding and can be clarified from experience.

My favorite restaurant isn’t on the BFS Voucher x BonBon platform. What should I do?

Mention the BFS Voucher to the restaurant the next time you visit and / or drop us a line for the next best restaurant in town!

My digital voucher hasn’t arrived yet?

Usually digital voucher emails arrive immediately. Sometimes it takes a little longer due to various checks by your email provider. Also, check the spam folder of your mailbox and make sure that your mailbox is not overflowing.

How will the voucher be sent?

We offer two delivery methods for our BFS Vouchers. On the checkout page, you may choose whether you want to receive the voucher by email or by post.
If you choose to receive the voucher by email, you will receive a PDF with all the necessary data. If you choose to receive it per post, we will send you your BFS Voucher printed on premium paper, which is perfect to give as a gift.

What should I do if I haven’t yet received my Voucher?

We will send the voucher to you by registered mail. A delivery is therefore guaranteed if the address is correct. Should a letter still not arrive, this is usually due to an incorrect address. If this is the case, as soon as the letter is returned to us, we will contact you.

What if I want to send the BFS Voucher to someone else?

If the invoice recipient differs from the delivery address, you can easily specify this on the checkout page.

For how long is my voucher valid?

All vouchers sold through our platform are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were purchased. So, no worries, you have plenty of time to choose a suitable restaurant and redeem the voucher!
